Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Shipment Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Shipments Sewing Keepsakes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sewingkeepsakes333@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
